The practice has two surgeries – East Park Medical Centre & Halton Medical Practice. The practice currently registers approximately 7800 patients. Once registered patients can attend at either site. The practice offers a full range of General Medical Services. A practice leaflet is available upon request. East Park Medical Centre has received a requires improvement rating after its recent CQC inspection. The ruling is not related to the quality of clinical care but relates to weaknesses shown in supporting systems and processes. The practice staff are working hard to resolve these issues, working closely with the CCG and NHS England. The practice will receive a follow up visit 6 months from the inspection date.
